C.F. Harvey Parkway Ext. (Lenoir Co.)
The C.F. Harvey Parkway Extension is designed to connect NC Hwy 58 with NC Hwy 11 north of Kinston. It’s design will impact 60+ properties including farms, homes, and businesses.
Hwy 70 – Havelock Bypass (Craven Co.)
The Havelock Bypass will be approximately 10 miles long and direct traffic to the southwest side of Havelock. It will be a four-lane divided freeway with a 46-foot median with design speeds of 70 mph. It is estimated that approximately 30 properties will be impacted by the project.
